Hepatitis C Resource Centre

Hepatitis C represents a unique set of challenges to successful treatment and prevention.  It is only through broad based partnership working between public, private and voluntary sectors that these challenges can be met and the lives of thousands of people across Scotland improved.

The UK Hepatitis C Resource Centre (UKHCRC) is ideally placed to play a key role in facilitating this partnership approach as a key member of the voluntary sector response.

As one of the leading UK charities dedicated to easing the harm caused by blood borne viruses we work with UK Governments, public health bodies, private and public sector research institutes and the voluntary sector, to ensure not only that our members are kept up to date on the current movements and initiatives but also that service user voices are heard at all levels of decision making.

We believe that through Informing, Education and Advocating we can play a leading role in reducing the amount of new infections and helping those living with the virus to do so more positively.
