How We Can Help

SMART is client focused and is underpinned with a Psycho-social approach. We aim to enable clients to stabilise not only in their drug use but to find stability in all areas of their lives.

We try to provide consistency for clients through ensuring they have the same keyworker throughout their time at SMART.

Goals are identified through tailored care plans where the client takes an active part in drawing up the care plan and it is reviewed on a regular basis.

• Needle exchange
• Shared care with local GPs (for more information, please see the Shared Care section of our website)
• Complementary therapies
• Psychodynamic counselling for drug free clients
• Referrals to liver units
• Tenancy support

Are You Eligible?

SMART services are for people living in South Lambeth with drug related issues.  SMART also accepts referrals from GP's, statutory and voluntary agencies.
